Applying for Tickets - Proof of Application
Supporters who wish a proof of application for away games should hand in their form to the Hearts Ticket Office in person during open hours. A tear off receipt will be provided by a member of staff.
Receipts are not available with postal applications or applications received out with opening hours
Hearts cannot comment on the status of applications before all applications have been processed. After that time successful applicants will receive tickets and unsuccessful applicants will be notified in writing.
Successful Applications
Successful applicants will receive tickets in the post (see below for delivery options). No other written confirmation will be issued.
Supporters who wish to guarantee the delivery of their tickets should select "special delivery" on their application form. The cost of this will be £3.85 in addition to the ticket cost and administration charges incurred. This will guarantee tickets are delivered according to Royal Mail's own terms and conditions (available by clicking here)
Supporters who choose not to take advantage of this "special delivery" option do so at their own risk as Royal Mail and Hearts will not take responsibility for any lost tickets.
Hearts are NOT responsible for the successful delivery of tickets but will always aim to assist should any problems arise. Hearts Ticket Office staff will always be able to trace an application up to and including the point of despatch after all applications have been processed.
Unsuccessful Applications
Hearts will notify unsuccessful applicants at least five days before the fixture.
Loyalty Points
Unsuccessful applicants will receive 1 Hearts Loyalty Point
Successful applicants will receive the designated number of Hearts Loyalty Points by the date of the fixture.
Supporters may view their Hearts Loyalty Points total online (http://www.heartsfc.co.uk >>> Buy Tickets >>> Online Ticketing) by logging into Seatbooker, the club's real time ticketing service or by calling 0870 787 1874, option 1, then option 8)
Supporters who have a query about their Hearts Loyalty Points total should email loyalty@homplc.co.uk. Hearts will aim to respond, in normal circumstances, to Hearts Loyalty enquiries within three days. Supporters may also call 0870 787 1874, option 1, then option 8 with enquiries.
