Csaba Laszlo has revealed his approach to management is simple: lead from the front and always be positive.

In the second part of an exclusive interview with Hearts.TV, the official online TV channel, the new boss stressed that how he acts around the players will determine how they feel and respond.

The sight of the manager and the entire squad lifting a set of portable goals across the training pitch on Monday is the perfect example of that.

"If you don't have passion in you and if you don't love your work then you cannot give anything to the other people," he told Hearts.TV.

"I am full all the time. I go at 220 [km/h] all the time. If I go into the dressing room my adrenaline goes up. I want to show the people I like my job.

"If the people see the manager coming in the dressing room with wrong body language and not smiling and encouraging the players then he cannot show the right way.

"Everyone has a good or bad day but if I go in the dressing room I put all my problems in the side and concentrate on my job. Normally I am positive all the time.

"We have so many negative things in life but if you think positively then you can change a negative to a positive."

Whilst discipline is extremely strong in the camp now, it's not seen without warmth, the squad demonstrating fine camaraderie.

That's something that Csaba is pleased to see. "If you don't smile then you are losing the day," he said.

"You must smile every day and show people you like your life. You must not always think about your problems. If you have solutions you can smile."

The manager also told Hearts.TV that he's looking forward to meeting Hearts supporters, after his whirlwind start to life in maroon.

"I want to tell the Hearts supporters that we will try and bring not only the smile back but the good weather in the stadium," he said by way of an analogy.

"We work all the days - 24 hours. At the moment we must work very hard before we go to the league games."
