Administrator - Heart of Midlothian Education and Community Trust
Part time 16 hours per week (flexible hours)

£14,332 - £15,015 gross, per annum, pro rata
Located at Tynecastle Stadium, Edinburgh, the Heart of Midlothian Education and Community Trust aims to utilise the "Power of Sport" to motivate, educate and inspire tens of thousands of Children and adults within our community, through a range of innovative and progressive programmes and events.
An Administrator is required to provide assistance and support to Trust staff in areas of accounts, data input, general office administration, covering telephone calls, emails, faxes and written correspondence. The post will report to the Community Development Manager of the Education and Community Trust.
The post holder will administer the day-to-day running duties of the Trust, supporting the Community Development Manager and project coordinators. The successful applicant will work to an agreed routine, ensuring accurate administration of the charity's business.
Essential requirements of the post holder:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced in accounts and accounts systems
- Ability to monitor budgets
- Effective organisational and communication skills
- Experience of Microsoft Office
