Additional Information - Booking Fees and Concessions
Booking fees apply to online and telesales: £1.25 per ticket (up to four tickets only)
Booking fees apply to Ticket Centre: £1.25 per ticket for credit card transactions (up to four tickets only)
Booking fees do not apply to: Tickets bought in the Ticket Centre with cash or debit cards.
Concessions are defined as: U18, O65, students in FTE, or supporters and their carer who are registered as disabled but who do not require wheelchair access
Family Ticket: Each ticket is for one adult and one child U18.
Tickets bought online in advance: Will be posted out around four weeks before matchday
Lost tickets: Hearts takes no responsbility for tickets once they have be sent out from the Ticket Centre.
