Signed: January 2006 from Helsingin Jalkapalloklubi (HJK)

After starting with Oulun Luistinseura, this highly regarded striker joined the reigning Finnish Champions, HJK, in May 2003 after a successful spell with the northern regional side, FC Oulu Tervarit. There he was a prolific marksman in the Second division with 44 goals in 61 games.

Juho made his debut in the Veikkausliiga (the Finnish Premier League) on 15 May 2003 against FC Jokerit and over the season he scored 12 League goals as HJK retained the Championship. In November 2003, the industrious striker also scored as HJK defeated Allianssi Vantaa 2-1 in the Cup Final.

Juho gained European experience in 2004 and then he and his club came right back to form in 2005 with the powerful hit man being top scorer in the League with 16 goals and HJK finishing second to claim a UEFA Cup place.

After moving to Helsinki, Juho also earned 15 caps at U21 level and in February 2004, against China, he won the first of 5 full international honours. He has enormous potential and accordingly it cost Heart of Midlothian £300,000 to secure Juho's transfer for a period of three-and-a-half years.
